Hemet, California
We don't rush what nature takes months to perfect. Fresh fruit, real milk, and a recipe that has traveled from Michoacán to Hemet without losing a single memory.
Our Story
Delicias Michoacán wasn't born in a test kitchen. It was born at a wooden table in a small Michoacán town, where the ice cream maker knew every customer by name and every flavor had a story attached to it.
When we arrived in Hemet, we carried one conviction: that the people of the Inland Empire deserved the same honest ice cream we grew up with — made from fruit picked at peak ripeness, churned in small batches, and served without pretense.
Every paleta on our stick is hand-dipped. Every nieve in our case is stirred by hand. We don't use artificial colors because the mango doesn't need help looking like a mango. We don't cut corners because the people who come through our door deserve better.

When I close my eyes and taste a paleta de tamarindo, I'm back at my grandmother's house in Uruapan. That's what we try to give everyone who walks through our door — not just ice cream, but a memory you can hold in your hand.
